Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, Brenda Diehl, works to build volunteer membership in Warren County Fire and Rescue. She communicates with representatives within every station to make necessary improvements and assist new applicants; these representatives form the Recruitment and Retention Committee. On the first Tuesday of every month, the Recruitment and Retention Committee hosts a New Volunteer Orientation, a program offered to give potential members an idea of what is expected of volunteers and some of the benefits involved. Members enjoy benefits such as a free gym membership, Warren County Tax Credit, and the use of our Hometown Heroes Program, where local businesses provide discounts to our volunteers.
