   The aim of the Warren County Office of Emergency Management in collaboration with citizens and private entities, is the prevention, response and recovery from man-made or natural threats to people, property and the economy.  This goal will be achieved through training, ongoing evaluation of emergency plans and promoting emergency awareness in the community.
